prefer to remain in their underwear. Either way, your therapist will ensure your privacy is respected and

Yes. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us at least 24 hours
in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

We encourage pre-scheduled appointments to ensure a therapist is prepared for your visit. However, we
welcome walk-ins and make every effort to accommodate you based on our therapists' availability.

Absolutely! Personal preference and familiarity play a role in a positive massage experience. When you
request your preferred therapist upon scheduling your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate
your request.

Unfortunately, all sales completed with Silent Moment are considered final. We do not offer the option for exchanges or refunds once a purchase has been finalized.

We regret to inform you that missed appointments are also non-refundable. Once a purchase for an appointment has been finalized, it is considered a final transaction.
